General Privacy Information

• Design-First does collect contact information from website visitors, and does use this information to keep website visitors informed of marketing information, new products and services.

• Design-First does not share any information obtained through this web site with any third party.

• The Contact Us and Quote Request forms do require an email address as well as other contact information in order to respond to requests by website visitors.

• Contact information from website forms is collected and retained on a database within the Design-First network, and within a web-based email newsletter sending system.

Email and eNEWs Newsletter

• Design-First does send occasional direct mail and e-mail news using eNEWS, our email newsletter, with marketing news and information of interest to clients and to web site visitors who have requested to receive information, view articles or have requested a quote request or additional information.

• E-mailings in the form of newsletters do not exceed two per month, unless there is a major news announcement or impending event.

• eNEWS, our e-mail newsletter, utilizes an opt-in and opt-out database.

• All eNEWS newsletters and any other e-mailing contains a link for recipient to automatically unsubscribe themselves.

• E-Mail removal requests using the Unsubscribe link on the email are processed automatically by our e-mail newsletter management software, so list removal requests are immediate.

• Any e-mail recipient not wishing to continue receiving e-mailings may request that their e-mail address be removed from our e-mail list by contacting us (using the contact form) if they prefer not to use the unsubscribe link.

• Website visitors who request articles and project quotations are automatically added to our eNEWS newsletter, however, all newsletter e-mailings have an opt-out link for automatic removal from the list.

• Companies and individuals which solicit Design-First may be added to our eNEWS newsletter list as we believe that companies soliciting business from us would like to know more about Design-First.

Direct Mail

• Design-First does send occasional direct mail with marketing news and information of interest to clients and to website visitors who have requested to receive information or who have expressed an interest in article topics published within the Design-First website, as well as those who have requested a quote request or additional information.

• Mailings of newsletters, postcards, letters or other direct mail never exceed two per month.

• Any direct mail recipient not wishing to continue receiving mailings may request that their mail address be removed from our mailing list via e-mail or by fax.

• Mail removal requests are processed within two business days of receipt.
